Rule 25
A judge's bench
(1) The court shall have a bench of one judge as required.
(2) The following cases and petitions shall be heard by the bench of one judge as per sub-rule (1):-
(a) Except in the case of clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 24, petitions submitted for preliminary hearing under sub-section (2) of article 133 of the Constitution, (b) an application for a habeas corpus to be heard during the closure of the Court for a period exceeding three consecutive days,
(c) the case submitted for decision by the special court in accordance with sub-section (5) of section 6 of the Special Courts Act, 2059,
(d) 17 no. or 124g. No. Or a petition under section 15 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073 (e) Petition against the order made by the concerned officer of the court in connection with the registration and proceedings of the case.
